Refund policy

Welcome to A&K Scrubs and More! We take pride in providing high-quality medical apparel and accessories. Please review our Returns & Exchanges Policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition as received

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging with all tags attached

  • Proof of purchase is required

Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and health regulations, the following items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Compression socks/hose

  • Bonnets

  • Any intimate or hygiene-sensitive accessories

3. Exchanges

We only offer exchanges for items that arrive defective or damaged.

If your item is defective or damaged upon arrival:

  • Email us within 48 hours of delivery at info@aandkscrubs.com

  • Include your order number and clear photos of the issue

If approved, we will provide return instructions.

Please note:
We do not offer direct exchanges for:

  • Scrub tops

  • Scrub pants

  • Shoes

  • Lab coats

  • Jackets

Eligible items may be returned according to our return policy, and a new order must be placed for the replacement item.

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of the approval or denial of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original method of payment

  • Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution

We reserve the right to deny refunds for items returned in unacceptable condition.

5. Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable

  • Approved refunds will have return shipping costs deducted from the refund amount

We recommend using a trackable shipping service. A&K Scrubs and More is not responsible for lost or undelivered return packages.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or gift cards, personalized items) and final sale items cannot be returned. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns/refunds on sale items or gift cards.
